Limited (Hereafter Relics) Accept orders on the basis that customers have
read and understand these terms and conditions of Sale.
2. All information provided by Relics whether though their website(s) and or in the various catalogues leaflets / e-mail or verbally is given in good faith. Whilst all goods purchased from Relics are guaranteed against fault in manufacture, purchasers must assume responsibility for correct installation, use and consequence. Qualified professional advise should be sought if there is any doubt whatsoever about these matters. Aways check compatibility and end result before working in earnest. 3. Since skill of fitting & application, use and site conditions are beyond our control we can accept no responsibility for the performance of any product arising from such use beyond the value of the goods delivered by us. This does not affect your statutory rights. 4. Relics will not be held responsible for losses incurred by late/non delivery of goods for causes deemed beyond their control. 5. In the unlikely event of goods found to be faulty through poor workmanship or materials upon proof of purchase will be replaced free of charge or a refund given to the value of the original purchase up to 12 months from date of purchase. No responsibility however can be accepted if wrongful installation is apparent or goods are damaged though negligent or careless use are expressly excluded.6. Shortages or damages must be advised to us within three working days from receipt of goods. All packaging and goods must be retained by the customer for inspection purposes. 7. Goods ordered in error will be credited, subject to their remaining in original condition. A handling charge of 10% will be deducted.8. Unwanted items must be returned to Relics within 14 days of receipt, in original and saleable condition, and a refund will be given (excluding p&p). The customer bearing all carriage costs. 9. Relics will not
disclose customers' information to third parties. |
